Sorry I am late,I feel backwards at work yesterday,letting someone come out the door,while I was trying to come in. They called the paramedics, I have a bump on my head,other than that I am just sore as heck,and took the day off, I am trying to stay positive,but good heavens,I am tired of this crap.
B- Strawberry shake L-Tuna on lettuce with pickle D- Egg westernstyle.

I'm sorry Linda.  You've had more than your share of crap lately.  We're finally getting a little more badly needed rain here.  I made a new batch of chili last night and figured out the stats for food tracking.  Those beans are so high in carbs.  I remember in Weigh****chers beans could count for protein instead of carbs.  But the ingredient list specifies protein and carbs so I did too.  I've been eating a lot of chili but maybe it isn't the best choice since my weight loss has been stalled for quite awhile and I'm getting very frustrated.

L deli turkey/Laughing Cow cheese wedges
s protein drink
D leftover steak/asparagus

Good morning Linda.  I hope that bump on your head heals readily.  I had a mommogram last week, then I get a call that they want to take more magnified views. So I go again yesterday and now they want to see me again in six months.  Well that's better than what my head was spinning about. At least they didn't say the "C" word. A little relieved today.  Thank you God.

No, not another fall!  This has got to stop!  How much more can your poor body take?

My body looks like I've been beaten up - especially my arms and hands - all because our puppies are getting big and feisty.  And they objected strongly to being given worm medicine the other day - it was my job to hold each puppy and force its jaws open while my husband shot the medicine into their mouths.  By the way they screamed, you would have thought we were pulling their toe nails out one by one.

B: chocolate peanut butter protein shake
S: vanilla yogurt with PB2 in it (very good!)
L:  steak, oven turnip fries
S: olive cheese spread w/ Ak Mak crackers
D: broccoli crust pizza, corn pudding
S: SF banana pudding

Linda, Linda, Linda, what ever are we going to do with your falls? I am glad that there was nothing more drastic that happened. But the soreness of falls are sometimes long staying. Make sure you take care of yourself and try some hot showers. That might help the soreness.

I am so hungry today. Not sure what the problem is tho. All I know is that I want some food.

B: sf oatmeal with 1/4 cup sunflower kernels

D: homemade beef stew (promised Bill I would make it~UGH!)
S: sf pudding

I have such a headache so I think I might go lay down for a bit. I am sending love and hugs to you and prayers for you as always. They are never ending.

Linda...I am seriously thinking of sending you a case of bubble wrap!!!  Your poor head...OUCH!!

Do you use a cane? a walker?

coffee x 2 mugs
yoplait lit yogurt and atkins bar

went to PT ouch it hurts as they start moving my knee and foot

leftover antipasto salad and some fresh fruit

almonds and some raisins

im having a rum and flat coke cause i feel sorry for myself tonite, and not sure what dinner will be

I have no taste buds so eating is down the chutes!!!!!!!
I did get in
1/2 cup tapioca
1 ww yogurt and a tablespoon of tuna salad
makes for not a good eating day
